¿Innovadores en la Educación?

He aquí un reportaje crítico con respecto a la Educación hoy en día. El autor nos muestra su visión personal de cómo está a día de hoy la Educación, tanto desde el punto de vista del profesor como desde el del alumnado, por qué razón éste no se ve motivado, el proceso de aprendizaje, compara la enseñanza tradicional con la enseñanza activa, etc. En fin, no les cuento todo porque prefiero que uestedes mismos lo vean. Informe Delors - UNESCO (1996)

Interesante informe elaborado por Jacques Delors para la UNESCO en relación a la Educación del siglo XXI.... "Encierra un tesoro"... aparecen conceptos, tales como "cooperación internacional en la aldea planetaria", "educación para toda la vida", "participación democrática", "el personal docente en busca de nuevas perspectivas"... no sé, pero me da que pinta muy bien no?

Código deontológico de la profesión docente

Actualización del Código deontológico de la profesión docente de 1996 y recientemente  aprobado  por parte del Consejo  General del colegio de doctores y licenciados en filosofía y letras y en Ciencias. (Sintetizado )



Primero se expone que La educación tiene por objeto lograr el máximo desarrollo de las facultades intelectuales, físicas y emocionales de las nuevas generaciones, y al propio tiempo permitirles adquirir los elementos esenciales de la cultura humana.Tiene por tanto una doble dimensión,individual y social. 

La sociedad debe garantizar la libertad de cátedra,el derecho de todos los alumnos a aprender y la igualdad de oportunidades educativas. La profesión docente requiere la dignidad, el reconocimiento,la autoridad y el respaldo necesarios para su empeño. 

MARCO ETICO  (sintetizado)

a) Los docentes tienen la responsabilidad de prestar una atención permanente a la influencia de sus acciones sobre sus educandos....ello implica guiarse por los principios de responsabilidad, ejemplaridad,justicia y democracia, veracidad y objetividad. 

b) Es preciso que los docentes se guien por el principio del respeto y la empatía, como condición para propiciar los sentimientos de seguridad y autonomía en los educandos. 

c) La convivencia escolar es un aprendizaje para la convivencia social, por lo que los docentes cultivarán los principios de solidaridad y responsabilidad social, con vistas a la formación de ciudadanos activos y responsables.  


d) Con el fin de formar ciudadanos autónomos, maduros y con criterio propio ,es necesario que el profesional docente ponga todo su empeño en el desarrollo del espíritu crítico propio y de sus alumnos, de modo que aprendan a valorar juzgar y sopesar la veracidad, alcance e importancia de cuanta información reciban a través de distintos medios. 

e) Sin perjuicio de la legítima compensación que el docente tiene derecho a recibir por el trabajo que realiza, su actuación se regirá por el principio del desinterés. 

 f)El docente debe adoptar como guía de conducta el principio de formación permanente.

Manifiesto Comisión Educación y Cultura 15M-Vigo (manifestación 19J)

“El espacio público tiene de techo el cielo. Se dice que pertenece a todos pues no es de nadie, entonces nadie se para en él, así que se nos están muriendo nuestros espacios públicos. Ya no vivimos por la calle. Ya no charlamos uno con otro.

Antaño, la gente estaba mucho más en los espacios públicos, se juntaban en las plazas, en el mercado o alrededor de la fuente. Venían, paraban, pasaban un rato, hablaban entre sí y se enteraban de lo que estaba ocurriendo en el mundo, en su ciudad, en su pueblo. Hoy ya no es así, ya no nos enteramos de nada.

Somos el público. Únicamente miramos. Cuando andamos miramos hacia abajo. Nunca solemos mirar hacia arriba. Se vive con la cabeza indignada en nuestros espacios públicos. Andamos desconfiados y permanentemente preocupados. En cualquier momento puede venir un coche y matarte. En la calle, entre nosotros, está prohibido mirarse a los ojos. Esa ley no está escrita en ninguna parte, pero todo el mundo la respeta. Somos el público que no ve. Estamos cómodamente asentados en la oscuridad y la película que nos ponen en la pantalla, nos la montamos nosotros mismos.

Decidimos recuperar el espacio público para el público. Para mí, para ti, para ella y para él. Para nosotros, vosotros, ellos y ellas, hasta para todas las que no están aquí, hasta para los del Depor. Queremos poder volver a sentarnos con los demás alrededor de la fuente. Para pasar un rato, para escuchar, para no sentirse aislados, discapacitados y solos. Para descubrir que se puede vivir de otra manera. En común. Compartiendo. Aprendiendo a ver el mundo más feliz. Creando la vida que  nos gustaría. Nosotros somos el público, somos la calle, somos los de la plaza y somos los del campo y ya no estamos indignados, estamos liberados!”
